I have to say considering the price, they work really well, they supressed my appetite really well as far as long lasting energy claims i am not convinced, but they did give me a wee kick for about 30 mins i take around 6 a day (you are aloud to take upto 9 in a 24 hour period)i have lost around 4 pound with them so far so good, i have also noticed when i pee its more yellow then normall, which is good as thats how our bodies lose fat so happy days.

I have tried 120 tablets.. it did not work for me.. i was training everyday, i was watching what i eat but still i didn’t loose any weight but how ever i did gain weight. dont ask how..

|Disappointing…,
These didnt really work for me, I took as directed, the pills themselves are absolutely huge though as they have a shiny coating it meant they were easy enough to swallow. I wouldnt say they gave me an additional boost when i used these alongside going to the gym, one thing I would caution however, do not take them too late at night as you will struggle to get to sleep….
