Seemed like a good idea,
An excellent idea a plate divided so that you could measure portions without having to weigh or make much of an effort to work out quantities.
In practice it was not quite so useful it gave the impression that the divisions were raised however they are just printed and it is difficult to use the sectors. I also have the male plate, same comments except the plate is unusually large and I had to find somewhere else to store it as my normal cupboard door would not close.
However the bowl is excellent and worth 5 stars by itself.

|Use of diet plate and bowl,
I have been using these items for the last couple of weeks and I can honestly say that it DOES work. So far I have lost 6lbs and I am absolutely delighted with the product. When you see your food correctly portioned out and then conmpare it with what you used to eat it is easy to see why the weight went on in the first place! Although I am obviously at the beginning of my weight loss programme the plate and bowl make it easy to stick to your eating programme.

|Fantastic idea.,
This is a brilliant idea. A real eye opener when I filled up the bowl with my crunchy nut cornflakes and realised I would have to put half of it back in the box. I now know where those extra few pounds keep coming from. It has helped me keep control over my portion sizes. Only flaw is the plate has such a large rim on it, I cannot shut my kitchen cupboard door properly. It is a little pricey, an alternative would be to buy an unbranded smaller plate than you currently use.
