This does seem to work if you are cutting down on your calories anyway but don’t be fooled by the title on the packet.
Some people would think they could eat what they like and take a few pills afterwards to whittle the fat away but hey presto, there is no quick fix!

These are ok I suppose. You still have to follow a balanced diet, so methinks that maybe if you are doing that then you don’t really need to take these. Worth a try and see if they work for you.
