These really do work,
I am not in the habit of writing reviews but felt I should for this product. I decided to lose weight in November. I didn’t do anything faddy and just watched my calorie intake was below 1500 a day. I was losing weight but then I started these on recommendation of friend. I took the 28 day cleanse as opposed to 14 day and I have to say the weight fell off me – I lost 16 lb in 6 weeks. I then stopped taking these pills over Christmas and waited for weight to pile back on but it stayed the same. 4 weeks later I was neither heavier or lighter which does show these are not required to sustain the weight loss. I have now gone back on these again for a Jan detox and have lost 2lb in first week. Not a substitute for healthly and careful eating but definately help. Hope this helps you make your decision. x

|A Detox – Cleansing Formula Enriched with Anti-Oxidant Power,
Nature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse was suggested by the pharmacist when I was buying a pack of Aloe-Vera extract juice. And I was interested though at first I was a bit hesitant because of the price. However, the ingredients in this product are superb so I thought it’s worth a try.
You’ve probably read all about the greatness of this item from the product description, now, let me tell you something more. This product is one of the perfect answers for TATT or Tired All the Time, one of the major symptoms of our busy world with a fast food or less nutritious diet.
I highly recommend this one, than the heavily packed products like Super Acai 1200, which the body might reject because of the high but unbalanced content.

|A good cleanser,
I got this and went for the 28 day detox. There’s an option of a 14 day one but it was also described as ‘intense’ and I didn’t like the sound of that! For the standard 28 days detox you take 6 a day, 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch and 2 with dinner. For the intense 14 day detox, you take 12 a day, 4 with each meal.
I’m rubish at swallowing pills so I was happy that the pills were made up of a clear plastic tube which you can pull apart and empty the contents into a drink. Let’s be fair, it didn’t taste like apple pie but it wasn’t revolting either. A few swigs and it was down.
Anyway, after a couple of days I did notice a difference in going to the loo more often and a slight improvement of belly bloating. This product also contains probiotics to help replenish the good bacteria in your gut when it’s flushing out everything else. I also started to feel a bit more energetic. There was no discomfort during the process at all. I didn’t find it gave me wind or cramps or anything like that.
I’ve seen previous reviews stating that using this helps the weight fall off. I didn’t buy it as a weight loss aid, but just so you know, it didn’t make me lose weight, and it’s not advertised as a weight loss suppliment. It does improve your digestion so it will rid you of any build ups causing bloating and sluggishness, but it’s not a wonder drug where the weight also falls off.
All in all a good little detox. I got a bit fed up of having to take all these pills every day but did feel it did some good at the end of the month.
