Relief for where it hurts,
As an ex PE teacher I’ve suffered form worn and painful joints for years (osteo arthritis). For general pain I take anti inflammatories but on those occasions when it’s one or two joints causing trouble I find that the aches and pains can be relieved by using Glucosamine gel – for example aching knees which keep me awake at night, or swollen thumb joints after doing hand sewing. In the past I have used a prescription gel but it has side effects, not least allergy to sunlight. I find I’m OK with Glucosamine – it takes effect within 5 minutes and allows me to get on with life, and doesn’t affect the whole body like taking pills. I have used this gel for several years now, originally, the inflammation in my joint was really painful and I could not sleep. I used this every night at bedtime for several weeks, it seemed to bring relief from pain and gradually the inflammation died down. I have learnt to control my activities so the pain I suffer from varies, and now I use it only when needed, it does not seem to have any side effects. I do not believe it to be a cure for osteoarthritis but it certainly relieves the symptoms
I am very happy to recommend this to anyone suffering from arthritic pain, I have never found anything better.

My partner suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis in his hands, feet, shoulders… well most of his body actually but about 6 years ago I saw this gel in a very well known high street chemist and thought it was worth a shot and he has used it every single day since!! It is brilliant and really helps his hands, wrists and shoulder joints. This is amazing stuff and fortunately I found it on here as it was quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere and recently I have had trouble getting it on the high street. There is another gel of the same type but it has some kind of mental and herbal stuff in it that absolutely hums and makes my eyes water. Not to mention if you rub your face, or anywhere else for that matter, it burns you like deep heat! This one by Health Perception is definitely the best one…. Make sure you get it!!!
