helped me with digestion and gall bladder probs,
I started taking these approx 8 weeks ago. I have a serious problem digesting fats and had read on a Health forum that this product was good for people with gall bladder issues.
I have found that I can eat some fat in my diet now without pain and discomfort. Also I think it has helped my overall food digestion. This an area I have had trouble with for decades.
I eat very carefully, but used to avoid all fat, yet it is good to eat some fats as they do contain essential nutrients. Also by avoiding all fats you can end up with more gall bladder trouble as this is what happened to me. When you have gall bladder trouble you cannot even digest egg yolk without pain. not good!
I am still careful re what I eat but definitely believe this product is of benefit and I will continue to use.
