The most versatile of oils!,
Many people are not aware of the benefits of this oil. I grew up hearing that coconut oil was bad news and so never touched it. Now that I’ve discovered just how good it is, I am using it in my hair, on my skin, I use it in my cooking and also eat it from the spoon as it is helping with my weight loss. My hair was falling out because of a thyroid issue and this has stopped; it is now growing well again. I can’t say enough, just how beneficial this versatile oil is. Coconoil is my favourite brand as it smells and tastes pretty good. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a slow metabolism, skin problems, hair problems, underactive thyroid problems! : )

it was well packaged, there was a plastic covering on the outside, then after you unwrapped and unscrewed the lid there was the normal thick silver covering which some products have, so made you feel safe no tampering.
it is indeed organic virgin coconut oil and tastes great, ideal for a spoon a day, cooking with or oil pulling, it tastes great very pure no nasty after taste.
its quite a big pot am pleased i got it.

I wanted this as a cooking oil but I was concerned that all my cooking would taste of coconut. It doesn’t – which is good news for my bacon and egg…
