I’ve been looking for high potency Vitamin D everywhere to avoid having to take 5 x 1,000 capsules.
As it’s winter in New Zealand now, I can easily just up to 2 a day

|No Eureka Effect But…,
Taking higher dosages does not provide the eureka effect but soon afterwards one does feel energised and well and I do not believe that this is connected to the placebo effect. Long-term usage does appear to have health benefits as I tend to have that feel-good factor most of the time.
Addendum: after taking this supplement for a few weeks I began to recognise that it was affecting me adversely but at a low level; it was like a mild depression and feeling generally a little odd healthwise so I ceased taking it. On doing so I returned to my normal joyful self and feeling great, so be careful!
