|This is worth it,
Having a busy life is a common thing now, i am a long distance runner, work full time and I am currently doing a masters degree part time…. on top of family life of course. This was taking its toll on my energy levels, and my training runs were not as efficient as before… i was feeling tired. then i my mother gave a few of her Pharamaton pills, and i was amazed at the difference this made to my energy levels!, no surprise my mother is so active
, now i have been taking this for hte past 3 months and I am really happy with the product. FOr me this is worth it, of course, you still have to be careful with your nutrition and what you eat, but this is a plus, as it complements your diet with the required vitamins and minerals. So far so good for me!

I had heard about Pharmaton on radio etc, so thought would purchase some as I have been feeling tired etc, all the symptoms that Pharmaton mention. I ordered a large bottle off the Internet as was so much cheaper. I have been taking them now for about 3 weeks and hjave noticed NO difference whatsoever!
